Your local pharmacy will consider any request for return of goods and/or refund of monies paid on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that, in making a decision to allow a return of goods and/or the issue of a refund, your local pharmacy will adhere to it's obligations to any State and Federal Acts in relation to, but not limited to Health, Pharmacy, Trade Practices, Consumer and Competition Acts. Please contact your local pharmacy (details are on your invoice) to make a request in this regard.
For any exchange or refund, we require valid proof of purchase (usually a receipt) and that the product(s) are unused, in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Pharmacist only and prescription medicines cannot be returned.
If a product or medicine is faulty, is significantly different from the description or tampered, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact our friendly staff on (02) 9440 0030.
For ‘change of mind’ returns, postage will not be refunded.
